Invoicing Has Now Been Updated!

Invoicing has been updated 🙌. Here at CPACharge, we deeply value your feedback, and in response, we've made a couple of adjustments to our invoicing feature—because your input shapes our continuous commitment to improvement.

• Resending a Quick Bill with no line items will no longer include an invoice PDF in the email.

The Invoice detail screen showing a previously sent QuickBill will not attach a PDF file with the “Services Rendered” line item upon resend

• It is now possible to manage documents attached to Quick Bills and Invoices after they have been sent.

• In the Invoice detail screen displaying a QuickBill: Only the Reference field is shown (e.g., “request to pay 2023 Tax preparation”).

The Number field is no longer displayed.

However, In the Invoice detail screen displaying an Invoice: Both the Number (e.g., 001923) and Reference fields (e.g., “Estate Planning recommendations”) of the invoice are shown as the title of the page.
