We’ve made it easier to get the right eyes on the right comments —fast. You can now use the '@' symbol to tag specific teammates when leaving comments in the Dashboard and Shell Comment Columns.

💬 Here’s how it works:

• Type @ in dashboard and shell comment field
• A dropdown will appear with all users from your team
• Start typing a name to filter and quickly find the right person
• Select the user from the list to mention them
• Once you submit the comment, they’ll receive an email notification—even if they aren’t in the default notification group

This small but powerful update should help you streamline collaboration and reduce follow-ups. Just tag the right person, and we’ll make sure they know. If you would like to learn more about the Dashboard and Shell Comment column, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager

New Update: Contract Room Tab

Functions in the Contract room of a contract like "Invoices" and "Change Orders" are now nested in a tab drop down.

Clicking into the tab will expose Invoices and Change Orders
