New Feature - CRM Score

Finally, the CRM Score makes a comeback to Cirrus! A long-awaited and missing feature that is well recognized by many of our users who worked in our previous version of Cirrus. For those who do not know CRM Score before, here is a summary of the function.

CRM Score allows you to score a "pattern week" with a number of different activities to be performed and how much points they are worth. For example, you can set 10 meetings to be conducted and 10 calls to be made in a week, the team gets 100 points if they conduct all meetings and 50 points if they conduct all calls. Both activities are rewarded but the rules emphasize that meetings are the most important and therefore give the most points.
