What are “AI-enhanced Floor plans”?

They are realistic top-down visuals generated by Gemini AI, using your point cloud scan combined with our tailored prompt preset or your own custom one to produce a true-to-life floor plan render — either as a realistic representation of the current space or with virtual staging applied based on your chosen mood and style.

Which projects can I choose for this feature?

This feature is available for projects uploaded from 17th March onward that were captured with the PRO camera and include panoramas (with generated floor plans).

How to use the feature?

1. Go to your dashboard

2. Select the project

3. Open floor plans

4. Click on the floor plan dropdown and choose “AI enhance”

5. Select one of the presets or write your custom prompt

6. Generate the image, confirm the results, save and access them through the dashboard.
