A Smoother Way to Explore: Introducing Auto Hotspot Virtual Tours

Exploring a property virtually just got a little easier.

We’ve introduced Auto Hotspot Navigation, a new way to move through Giraffe360 virtual tours that makes navigating a property feel more natural, modern and intuitive.

Simply click where you want to go

With Auto Hotspot Navigation, viewers no longer need to search for a specific hotspot icon to move around a property. Instead, they can simply click in the direction they want to go, and the tour automatically takes them to the nearest available panorama.

The result? A cleaner viewing experience with less visual clutter and a more natural way to explore every room.

Cleaner. Simpler. More intuitive.

This update is particularly useful for larger or more detailed PRO Camera tours, where lots of visible hotspots can sometimes make the experience feel busy.

Auto Hotspot Navigation puts the property front and centre, helping viewers move through it effortlessly without having to think about where to click next.

And while standard indoor navigation now works by simply clicking in the direction you want to travel, some transitions will still use clear hotspot indicators — including stairs, doors, outdoor areas and more complex connections.

A better way to experience Giraffe360 tours

This isn't a complete redesign of virtual tours. It's a focused navigation improvement designed to bring Giraffe360 in line with modern viewing expectations and make the experience even better for buyers, sellers and agents.

Prefer the classic hotspot view? You’re still in control.

Although hotspots are now invisible by default, they haven’t gone anywhere!

If you prefer the familiar hotspot markers, you can easily switch them back on from the Presets menu and even choose the colour that works best for your tour.

Viewers can also toggle hotspots on or off themselves while exploring a virtual tour using the hotspot button in the top-right corner of the screen.

So whether you prefer a clean, distraction-free experience or the reassurance of visible navigation points, the choice is yours.
