Virtual tours in multiple languages 🌏 - Available Now!
Just as with floor plans, customise the language for your virtual tours. Welcome screen, auto-generated room names and user interface can now be delivered in multiple languages.

You can change the language for all your future projects in the virtual tour “Presets” section or on a per-project basis in the virtual tour editor.

Add the link to MLS and listing sites for improved compatibility.

You can enable or disable the link for individual projects or apply it to all tours.

Our virtual tour editor now includes a panorama title edit option. This feature caters to spaces with multiple panoramas, allowing you to modify specific panorama titles within the virtual tour.

Additionally, you have the option to sync these titles with the room names in your floor plan by using the Room Name Import feature.

You can now add or remove blur masks from your virtual tours directly via your dashboard! 🙌.

We've recently added the ability to make edits to blur masks in panoramas, which will allow you to make on demand edits to your virtual tours.

• Panoramas have now moved into the Virtual Tour card, click the three dots to open up the panoramas, from here you can hit edit & update Blur masks!

The next time your camera updates you will have access to update project names on the camera directly.

This means when your projects are uploaded they will appear in the dashboard with your selected name!

We are excited to announce that here at Giraffe360 we are kicking off a 3-part update & release plan in which we will be unleashing our AI processing system (RapidAI) on a much larger scale.
​

What is RapidAI?

Since Giraffe360’s inception we have been meticulously developing and testing processes which allow us to process projects at speed, scale & to a high quality. RapidAI is our In-house developed full AI project processing system, capable of editing your captures to a high-quality at incredible speeds with no need for lunch breaks.

Over the last 12 months we have been processing projects & training RapidAI whilst using heavy quality assurance to ensure that projects meet our quality criteria. We are now in a position to start the process of unleashing our AI processing on a wider scale & allowing our customers to reap the benefits!

What does this mean for Processing Times?

Ultimately, the goal of our Rapid AI release is to provide customers with high quality assets at speed. The first part of our three part release plan is to allow RapidAI to take a greater level of control over Panorama processing. In the coming weeks we will be doing the same with still images & eventually floor plans. We believe this will allow us to work with a new Service Level Objective of c.12 hours for full project delivery in Quarter 2.

This is a significant increase in Giraffe’s processing capabilities & our clients abilities to operate at speed & we are extremely excited to be kicking off phase one of the release this week.

Will my Projects Change?

RapidAI will process projects as per strict quality standards, as this will be handled by AI directly there will be less space for subjective change requests. At Giraffe360 we believe that customers should have control over their projects & our experience has taught us that every project is different, as is each individual's perception of visual content. Starting with our all new BLUR EDITOR & STILL BRANDING EDITOR - over the next 6-8 weeks we will be releasing tons of new features, free of charge that will allow customers to make subjective changes to their projects in real-time, allowing for flexibility and customisation of your assets in extremely simple to use interfaces.

As always if you have any questions about the release or any feedback our client services team are on hand to support our customers. We will be working around the clock in the coming months to ensure a smooth release of the aforementioned upgrades to our systems & will be communicating frequently with updated & training material on our new suite of in-dashboard editors.
