[Solar] LIVE: M1 Install Bulk Invoice Requirement

The Update: Effective June 1, 2026, the date of receipt of a 'Bulk Invoice' must be within 90 days of date of M1 submission.

The Details: Third Party Invoices are an existing requirement on all Solar M1 Installation submissions, but we've tightened the parameters for Bulk Invoices.
