Summer may be winding down, but August’s new features are here! ☀️ Take a look at this month’s updates to help your studio finish the summer strong.

Flexible Penalty Fees

Choose a penalty type for each membership contract: loss of credit, charge, both, or no fee. Limited memberships now support all four options, giving you more flexibility in how you handle penalties. Unlimited memberships support charge or no fee.

Appointments: Next Available

When your preferred day is fully booked, clients can now jump directly to the next available appointment instead of scrolling through unavailable dates. This makes it easier for clients to find an opening and complete their booking.

Appointments: Advance Booking Notice

Instructors can now require clients to book a set number of hours in advance — for example, at least 24 hours before the appointment. That gives the instructor time to prepare for the session and get there on time.

Referrals

Turn happy clients into new business with automated referral tracking and rewards. Clients can share a unique referral link, and when a referral completes your chosen goal, rewards are automatically delivered.
