📣 We’re excited to announce that you can now access all patient conversations. The All Inbox now lives as a separate view under My Inbox, Scheduling, Care Mgmt, and all member inboxes!

You knew the All inbox as a summary of messages to your patients, but now we're giving the All Inbox it's own identity! See every patient conversation when you access the new All Inbox while never losing sight of your weekly activity with the Summary inbox.

🌟 NOTE: You still get access to your summary of messages under its new name - Summary.

• The Summary view refers to the previous All inbox.
• The All view now includes all patient conversations for that inbox.

  - 10-15 minutes

We heard that finding specific patients from the Patient list could be challenging without the ability to exclude certain tags.

• Exclude specific tags when filtering through the patient list
• Get a more refined and tailored list of patients

The "Exclude Tags" feature will help you streamline your patient management process by focusing on the most relevant patient groups. This enhancement is designed to make your navigation through the patient list more efficient and precise.

We heard from Care Managers that having access to a wider range of patient information could not only improve the quality of care but also better keep track of what the patient is taking.
