FEFO rule in automated replenishments

Are you tired of losing valuable products due to expiration dates? At PULPO WMS, we understand the importance of efficient inventory management. That's why we've developed a feature that will changed the way we handle lot-type products in automated replenishments. With the expiration date consideration and FEFO principle in action, we will replenish your lot-type products with the soonest-to-expire products first.

Just to remind, we also use FEFO rule in our picking tasks, and guide your pickers to the locations with the soonest expiration date first.

With "Turbo Storage" in PULPO WMS, you can supercharge your free movement tasks. Simply select "TURBO STORE", scan a position, and start adding products with lightning speed. Plus, track your progress effortlessly and ensure nothing is left behind with our intuitive product overview.

A new option to assign a picker to a task on creation

With the "Finish Early" functionality in case of "no stock found" route warning, you can quickly resolve stock availability issues and keep your workflow running smoothly. Finish your picking order early, scan a packing position, and you're done – it's that simple. No picker is blocked by missing stock anymore! Say goodbye to delays and hello to enhanced efficiency with PULPO WMS.

Finishing picking early in case no stock found

Managing picking tasks has never been easier! We've introduced a standard picking task type setting allowing you to decide on the default type of task the user will be creating.

Search by barcode in the movement creation screen 🔍

Efficiency is at the core of PULPO WMS, which is why we've added the ability to search for products by barcode in the movement order creation screen. Now, you can effortlessly manage movement tasks using SKU, name, or barcode, boosting productivity.

Plentymarkets integration enhancements

We've added a new option to map the product name from Plentymarkets to PULPO. We've added a new setting to fetch customs documents from Plentymarkets to the label integration. Don't forget to activate it, if you ship abroad!

Shipstation integration improvements

We are adding new features to the Shipstation integration, and now the tracking number for the parcels shipped out with Shipstation is shown in the PULPO WMS web app. See "Shipped boxes" tab of the sales order view or "Boxes" tab of the packing task information.
