Pause a packing while in the packing step

Pausing packing allows you to temporarily pause the packing process and switch to other picking or packing tasks as needed. Refer to this article if you need to learn more about pausing packing.

Whether facing an urgent task that demands immediate attention or dealing with a failed shipping label, this functionality provides the flexibility to manage and prioritize tasks effectively. Users can now seamlessly shift their focus to address critical matters and return to their original packing task when ready.

PULPO WMS reacts to the status of fulfillment orders in Shopify

Introducing an enhanced Shopify integration for PULPO WMS users! Orders in PULPO WMS now sync with Shopify's fulfillment status, preventing redundant imports and cancellations. Canceled Shopify fulfillments will now be canceled in PULPO, already fulfilled parts will not be synced to PULPO WMS at all.

Automated creation of the single turbo-label pickings

Previously, we only allowed to automatically create normal pickings, and now it is possible for single turbo-label pickings as well. In combination with skip packing settings, it allows you to pick the products, label them immediately and ship out with just a couple of scans. Quicker than quick!

Sales order view changes

We are working on the enhancements of the PULPO WMS user experience and will be gradually changing some items. You will notice some changes very soon:

• We are changing the way the sales order filter looks, and the filters will be moved to the top bar.
• We are going to remove the total count of orders from the sales order view (it will still be visible in the cockpit). It is going to be done to enable something big and useful we are announcing later this week. So follow our updates, and we will keep you posted!

And some more changes!

• User cancelling the order is now shown in the frontend
• Shopify product tags can be mapped to PULPO WMS
• Export documents can be printed automatically after the default printer to print them is selected
