PULPO WMS Feature Update March 2024

We are thrilled to announce the latest feature update for PULPO WMS, designed to elevate your warehouse management experience. Our team has been hard at work, introducing advanced functionalities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure precision in your operations.

New Filters tab

Have you observed the newly added filter bar at the top of the screen? We certainly hope you have! In our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, we plan to phase out the old filter bar gradually. The intention is to consolidate all filters into this new bar, thereby streamlining the filtering process and improving visibility. When utilized in conjunction with a cockpit, this integrated tool becomes an exceptionally powerful resource for efficiently sorting and filtering orders.

Grouping of auto-replenishments

In our continuous efforts to enhance the automated replenishment experience, we've introduced a feature that enables the grouping of auto-replenishments sharing the same destination position, up to a specified limit of SKUs, items, or volume. This improvement streamlines the process by allowing users to easily locate orders associated with a particular source or destination through the newly added searchable Source and Destination columns in the replenishment task view. This facilitates the efficient merging of orders based on specific criteria, contributing to a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Billbee integration improvements

PULPO WMS has been updated to seamlessly integrate with the recently introduced Billbee parent order logic, preventing any potential errors in order shipments. Additionally, we've introduced a new feature that allows you to exclude articles with negative prices from Billbee POS orders. This ensures a smooth and error-free import of orders into PULPO, contributing to a more efficient and reliable order processing system.

Available quantity indication

The order creation screen now accurately displays the available quantity per product, providing enhanced visibility into your current stock levels. This improvement ensures a more precise overview, allowing you to make informed decisions and manage your inventory with greater confidence.
