At PULPO WMS, we’re always working to bring you the best. That’s why we’re excited to share the latest improvements to our platform with you. We’re sure you’ll love them! This time, most of our enhancements are aimed at improving the packing process.

Loading shipping boxes by scanning

Now packing the boxes will be easier and more precise since all you need to do is scan the product to add it to the box. Take a look here and certainly give it a try!

Printing order docs from the boxes screen in the app

To save you time when printing the order documents, or in case you need another set of the documents related to the order you’re about to ship, you can now do it directly from the Pulpo App while printing the shipping labels instead of printing them from the PULPO WMS web view. Save time with this new feature!

Import of the Order's total outstanding price value from Shopify

PULPO now imports the order's financial data from Shopify and shows them in the order details. What is the value? We know some of the customers, in combination with VCE Karma solution, even use it for shipping the cash-on-delivery orders and show the outstanding value on the label.

Use case: re-fetching the failed labels after correcting the shipping address

With the most recent update, PULPO WMS allows you to do exactly this! If the label fails due to the address-related issues, just update the address in the PULPO WMS Web View and re-create the box in one click to re-fetch the labels in the app. We believe it will save you some time! This does not apply for the Plentymarkets labels, unfortunately.

Some more minor changes to enhance your PULPO experience

  • The return screen was adjusted to shows the SKUs and article numbers of the products
  • When searching for an incoming purchase order in the PULPO App, you can now do so using the supplier's name or even product to speed up the receipt process without needing the order number.
  • All notes attached to an order in PULPO WMS will now be automatically sent to the corresponding order in Shipstation
