Your new mobile dashboard

We've given the Rotaready mobile app's home screen a redesign. Your dashboard is now the main place to view and access everything important to you as an employee, including:

• Clock in/out status, right at the top
• Upcoming shifts, front and centre
• Anything needing your attention — documents, shift swaps, shift offers, open shifts, and messages
• Holiday balance and last week's signed-off hours
• A redesigned bottom navigation to get around faster

The first time you open the new dashboard, a short guided tour will walk you through each section.

Alongside the new dashboard, we've also rolled out a number of mobile improvements:

• Faster app launch and a quicker sign-in experience
• Improved clock-in reminders
• More reliable deep links
• Enhanced login security and stability
• Improved load times

📌 Not seeing the new dashboard yet? Head to the App Store or Google Play to update the app to the latest version. Once updated, you'll need to log back in with your usual details to see the changes.

⭐️ Product spotlight: Rota dashboard

The rota dashboard is your command centre for weekly scheduling, presenting everything you need in a clear, chronological workflow, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Work through a simple, step-by-step checklist covering last week's wrap-up, this week's tasks, and future planning, with red and green status indicators showing exactly what's outstanding.

• See last week's outstanding items for payroll, this week's ongoing monitoring, and future weeks' planning, all in order
• Spot what needs attention instantly with colour-coded status indicators
• Jump straight to any step from the dashboard. No hunting through menus!
• Work through your weekly workflow at least seven days ahead: approve absence, forecast sales, draft, approve, and publish
