We've recently added the Calm Space for the students, which will:

• Let the student have access to a library of curated videos for each topic that the calm space has.
• Let the students have the ability to be able to select a resource theme or ‘Zone’ to enter or they can browse all of the resources together.
• Be a resource that students can use to independently regulate themselves go through what they are currently feeling

Student profile view has been updated 🙌.

We've recently updated the graph chart for the student which in turn will:

• Let you see data point to start the year and when they take another screener.
• Keep track of the progress that the student has made.
• Make it easier to view the student graph as a whole including past screeners and the current one.

Hello there,

We uncovered a calculation bug when including the student's Skills scores into the Futures Portal and it was causing some confusion.

In the meantime, we have temporarily disabled the view of the student's 5 CASEL competency scores while on their page.

This is shouldn't affect any screening, current or future nor should it affect any of the assigned activities. Users are still able to:

• Students are still able to access the self-assessment and any assigned diagnostics.
• Premium customers can still assign any of the premium resources and the students can still complete any assigned Self Study lessons or Challenges.
• Students will temporarily not be able to see their own scores on their own page.

The Student Dashboard has been updated 🙌.

We've recently added the Futures Portal which will:

• Lets the student see their Dashboard and how they scored themselves in the five CASEL competencies.
• Have a tab that can see all of the activities assigned to the student which enables the teachers to keep track on what has been assigned to the student.
• Has a feedback tab for Climate which enables the students to have easier access for them to answer Climate surveys.

We've recently added a notification before you open a new screening window after you had closed a recent one, which will:

• Notify the user before he/she opens a new screening window to preserve the prior data that was gathered.
• Avoid opening a new screening window if there is a currently an open screening window for the school.

We've recently added the ability to Schedule the release of your surveys, which will:

• Plan ahead of time which surveys will be released and when it will be released.
• Saves time to focus on other tasks as it will automatically send the survey on scheduled date set.

We've recently added the ability to change the sentiment on open feedback, which will give the user the ability to correct the actual status of the comment from Negative, Mixed, Neutral or Positive.

This in turn will give the users freedom to place the actual status on what they really felt when putting in comments on the Open feedback feature.
