We're shifting notices to the company level, granting you the power to effortlessly distribute them across projects for streamlined management. We're also simplifying the notice interface and introducing new notice types, tailored for our groundbreaking SiteFlow feature. Existing notices from customers will seamlessly transition to the company level.

Introducing SiteFlow

SiteMax is thrilled to unveil SiteFlow, an innovative addition to our QR offerings set to replace the current Project QR functionality. Designed primarily to guide subcontractors' actions at the beginning and end of each workday, SiteFlow can also be harnessed by your team members. By organizing notices logically, you can direct on-site personnel to take the necessary steps to commence and conclude their work on any project.

Revamped File System

SiteMax is adopting cutting-edge technologies, with files being the pioneer module to benefit from these enhanced capabilities. Experience an improved upload, storage, and sharing interface, providing you with the granularity of an advanced file storage and sharing system. This upgrade empowers you to grant precise visibility to your users and contacts!

Featuring version control and a robust markup interface, this system eliminates the need for supplementary storage solutions while offering seamless integration with leading file storage systems. Look out for the new SiteMax interface upon its launch, which will guide you to a new tab. The utilization of this new technology will extend to the overhaul of our Drawing module.

Punch List Reimagined

Punch List is receiving a comprehensive makeover, enabling it to align with construction phases and define specific types, statuses, and fields associated with each phase. Configure notifications, enhance location management, improve reporting, and embrace a mobile-friendly interface. These enhancements will position Punch List as a central component of your workflows, further enhancing its popularity!
