Updated Time, Expenses, Quotes, Invoices list views on the job 🤘

For those of you wrangling lots of entries on jobs, particularly time and expenses, you’re in for a treat. This release updates the job page to allow for filtering and grouping of all your time, expenses, quotes and invoices lists. We’ve updated them to allow you to filter, sort, and see all your entries by different groupings. Plus: take advantage of some newer filters such as date range to save you time. Aimed to help you manage external expenses better, and interrogate your job’s progress with less faffing around. Read more here.

Repeating To Dos: now unlimited

By verrrrry popular demand, you can now create Repeating To Do’s without an end date or a set number of instances. (We know! It’s big!) You’re also able to now select working day or quarter as time period options.

As with our Google Calendar integration, Repeating To Do’s with no end date will sync to a specific date in the future, based on each day. Read our full knowledge base article here to find out the nitty gritty.

💅 Small but Mighty

• E-invoicing is now live for any organisation who would like to test this functionality. E-invoicing allows you to send invoices directly from Streamtime to the recipient via the Peppol network. Read more about it here, and reach out to help@streamtime.net to have this activated
• More endpoints to enable more efficient searches are available through the API. This allows for better, faster reporting 🎉 Access API documentation here
• The To Do screen will now show if your Google Calendar integration has failed for some reason, allowing you to resolve it and ensure your calendar events are continuing to sync
• Behind the scenes, it’s faster to batch create + delete To Do’s. This helps our Repeating To Do update, but also improves the speed of that particular action from the To Do’s list!
• Behind the scenes: increased limit to export more records from list views before running out of memory
• ICYMI: We updated our PDF emails to customers to reflect our new brand. As part of this, your own branch logo now appears in the email 🎉 More of our brand in product to come!

🛠 Fixes

• Some Zapier connection issues resolved, including ‘job item user does not exist’ in very specific circumstances
• Additional API rate limiting due to some API connections were adversely affecting the load on the server. If you hit an error, reach out to help@streamtime.net so we can help you adjust your queries
• Schedule scrolling with two fingers on a trackpad resolved for those Mac users affected
• Additional Recipients info dropped off quote/invoice/PO emails, now they’re back!
• Fix for when you send a quote/invoice/PO, if you didn't write a message it would have an empty white box
• Resolved inconsistency / line break issues with checklist items when adding a job item to quote directly
• Resolved expense labels getting cleared when you open the modal from the main expense list
• Resolved checklist items coming through to quote in creation order, not user specified order
