New List Views! ๐Ÿ“‹

If you love lists as much as we do, you are going to love this product update! Our list views got a complete revamp! Think all list view types (Groups, Jobs, Time, Expenses, Quotes, and Invoices) as well as Team Members and Companies, and Contacts.

On top of that, everything loads faster, the navigation is cleaner, and you can now edit dates and statuses directly from the list without opening a record. Changes made in bulk, or by other team members, update on your screen in real time, so everyone stays on the same page.

More Columns and Filters

A bunch new filters have been added, for example, the ability to set up Team Member or Job Lead is Me. That means you can set up and share a view with that filter, and the data will be dependent on who's logged in. Perfect to consolidate multiple Job Lead faves.

You can now set your own defaults for each list view. For example, you might want to hide Archived Jobs every time you open the Jobs list, but not on your Expenses list. Set them once and it's done.

Clearing your filters will bring you back to your personal defaults. The Time list has even more flexibility, letting you hide on-billable, personal, or scheduled time by default as well.

New Grouping Options

You can group any list by a wide range of options, giving you a much more organised view of your data at a glance. Grouped total rows show counts, so you can quickly see how many rows sit within each category.

Improved Sharing and Saving โ€œFavouritesโ€

Saving and sharing your Favourite views is now much easier. Favourites can be organised into folders, have their own shareable links, and can be shared more granularly with specific branches or teams.

When you make changes to a saved favourite, you'll be prompted to either save it as a new view or update the existing one... no more accidental overwrites!

Lists within the Job Plan ๐Ÿš€

Like the full list views, you are now able to save your Favourites within the lists within the Job page itself. Create a view with columns, groupings and filters and save it as your preferred Favourite using the ๐Ÿ’™โž• icon. You can open the Favourite at any time on any Job.

Also included? The ability to export CSVs from the Job Page lists themselves ๐ŸŽ‰

Standard Cost Rates for Roles in Rate Cards

Weโ€™ve added an option to set a Standard Cost Rates roles so you can be smarter with estimating costs if no Team Member has been assigned just yet.

Once you add a Team Member to that role, we will recalculate the Planned Profit Margin on the job to incorporate Team Memberโ€™s cost rates instead as well as update the Job Cost Report to include a default Cost Rate to view item margins.

To add a Standard Cost Rate to a Role, head to Settings > Roles > Edit Role (remember, we will only use it in calculations if the role doesnโ€™t have a team member assigned to it!) Easy, done!

๐Ÿ›  Fixes

  • Fixed a specific flow for creating a Repeating ToDo when a Company has a default branch set-up
  • Fixed an issue with the Role Rates not loading in some instances
