This release brings a bunch of practical improvements and bug fixes to make everyday work in Streamtime smoother and more reliable.
đź’Ş Small but Mighty
- We’ve improved list views with new linkage columns across quotes, invoices, and expenses, making it easier to follow related records.
- Filtering has been refined across key areas, with better default filters and a cleaner experience when narrowing results by team member.
- We’ve polished linkage column behavior and presentation for a more consistent experience.
- Loading states and helper text have been updated to make the interface clearer while data is loading.
- Planned cost is now available in the API.
- We’ve also completed some behind-the-scenes maintenance to keep things running smoothly.

- Fixed several expense issues, including cases where adding a label could remove data, reset the reference field, or fail on newly created expenses.
- Fixed reporting issues affecting grouped totals, shared report settings, date filters, and margin calculations across mixed currencies.
- Fixed an issue where previously invoiced percentages weren’t displaying correctly for expense-only tracking.
- Fixed quote and invoice issues, including quote download failures and missing contact details when syncing invoices to Xero.
- Fixed workflow issues when creating companies, creating purchase orders, and saving company filter selections.
- Fixed an issue where personal time wasn’t appearing correctly in time lists and extended reports.
- Fixed repeating to-dos so they can now be edited or bulk deleted properly after creation.
- Fixed incorrect billable icon display on non-billable to-dos.
- Fixed rate display inconsistencies on jobs after rate card changes.
