Our new Reporting feature is now live for testing, and we’re inviting you to take part.

With Reporting, you can now compare different data from the list views, filtered to show just what you need to see. You can even add two columns together and create your own custom metrics from the raw data. Learn more about Reporting (Beta) by watching this 2-min introduction from Sarah.

Upon popular demand, you’re now able to resize the schedule sidebar to include the full job & company name.

  • Job numbers now appear for those who use them 🎉

🎲 Priorities

  • A nifty update to the way each column works: instead of scrolling the whole page, each column now scrolls independently, allowing you to always see the column headers and compare cards, no matter how far up or down the swimlane they are 🏊‍♀️
  • Complete items are displayed as Completed instead of Overdue in Priorities
  • You’re now able to turn your note card into a To-Do from Priorities
  • We now have an option to add smart totals for all issued quotes as well as approved only

🏁 Other:

  • You’re now able to include/exclude checklist items on Quotes
  • You’re now able to set Rate Cards via API
  • Minor design updates to the commercial document templates in Streamtime
  • Non-billable time is now excluded from the Job Burn-up in the Used/Planned $ and Used Cost/Planned $ views

🛠 Fixes


  • Fixed an issue when deleted expenses reappear on the job after the original quote is approved
  • Fixed a user cost rates permission to not allow to generate Job Cost Reports using the bulk action method
  • If an invoice has been voided, they will not be moved out of its status via the API
  • Fixed an issue when converting an expense to a PO doesn’t reflect the correct total cost when quantity is over 1
  • Record payment modal does not close on its own when the payment is recorded to an invoice - fixed
  • When the job gets duplicated and the rate card is changed to a different currency, the role rate under fixed-price item team member sell shows an incorrect amount - resolved
  • Fixed an issue with calculating totals when switching from cost by item to cost by role with roles attached
  • Fixed scrollbar issue with uploading custom templates
  • Resolved an issue where the item & dates get cleared when adding dates to a new item on the job (certain scenarios)
  • The “latest column” is now included in the csv export
  • Expense description line breaks do not copy over to a Purchase Order - fixed
  • Resolved an issue with adding decimal places to line items on an Invoice Wizard
  • Columns under the “non-billable” heading are now included in the CSV when exporting from the jobs list
  • Resolved an issue with a 2-factor authenticator for new sign-ups
  • Not all team members were included in the iOS app - resolved
