Job Groups (beta) - exclusive invite only πͺ©
Weβre wrapping up this yearβs product releases with the new Groups feature. Link jobs together and track their progress as a whole or over specific time periods, all in one place! The functionality is ideal for managing retainers, campaigns, or projects with multiple jobs. This improved visibility helps you quickly spot trends, stay on top of deadlines, and manage workloads more effectively, giving you more control over your projects.

Small but Mighty
- When a new Rate Card becomes the new "Standard", companies get automatically assigned to new Standard rate card. Note you'll only have an option to switch to the new "Standard" if the rate card is set-up in home currency.
- Activity Log can be accessed via an API.
π Fixes
- Resolved an issue with .csv export from Reporting showing no data in secondary grouping export column (time data set).
- Exported .csv from Reporting has different data than screen for secondary grouping, now fixed.
- PO Number Field is now surfaced in the Jobs List again.
- When an item is moved back to "in play", an existing tentative booking disappears, now resolved.
- Availability view is now back showing in Alphabetical Order π³
- Fixed an issue where jobs with a long list of items/phases were cut off on the Jobs and their Items view of the schedule.
- Unable to create a Credit Note using the 'job plan's items & expenses - now fixed.
- Resolved an issue with skewed formatting on an invoices when its created from the Job Plan.
- Happiness Score data now matches the weekly reports and the Happiness Score Dashboards.
- You are now able to save a new Supplier when creating it from the Expense page within the Job Plan.
