đź’… Small but Mighty
We’ve made it easier to identify Clients and Suppliers within your Contacts.
Here’s what’s new:
-
Easily differentiate between Clients and Suppliers: You can now tag Companies in your account as Clients, Suppliers, or both.
-
New Filters: Easily filter the list of Companies by Client or Supplier.
-
Automatic Tagging: If a company is used on a PO/Expense or an Invoice, the correct type is now auto-applied when the document is sent.
-
Improved Grouping: Contacts are now grouped by relevance—Clients first on Jobs, Quotes, and Invoices; Suppliers first on POs and Expenses. Making it easier and faster to select the right Company.
-
Smart Defaults: Clients are now listed first when creating Jobs; Suppliers when creating Expenses or POs.
-
CSV Import Support: You can now specify whether your import applies to Clients or Suppliers—separate CSVs are needed for each.
Pro Tip: If you’ve done so before using Company Labels, you can assign Company types in bulk by using a batch action.
Bulk Assign Job Leads Now Available!
We’ve added a new bulk action to the jobs list—Assign job lead. Now, you can quickly assign a job lead to multiple jobs at once.
- Find this option in the batch actions list on the jobs page.
- If a job already has a different lead, the new assignment will override it.
