Bookings & Pre-registration

• Add a new pre-registration page
• Fix pre-registration confirmation emails to include visitor form field information
• Fix pre-registration attendee CSV imports and show invalid lines for failed rows
• Split pre-registration into individual and group
• Add field matching for attendee import
• Add search auto-complete attendee name
• Update pre-registration email layout
• The invitation to pre-register requires only the attendee's name and either mobile or email. Visitors will be sent the full event details in the Email section after they've completed registration

• Fix the visitor badge paper size dropdown to show the actual selected paper size
