SMS Delivery Status

When you send an SMS to a customer, the message status will show as either Delivered or Failed. If a message fails, you’ll now see the option to resend it directly.

Daily Breakdown Dashboard - Beta

The daily breakdown dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of performance, tasks, scheduled communications, and audience segmentation.

This feature is currently in beta and is expected to be generally available soon.

Challenges 2.0 in the Gamification Suite gives you more flexibility to motivate your customers in new ways.

You can now create a variety of challenge types to encourage specific behaviors, set eligibility requirements, and offer custom incentives to drive participation.
