You can now update existing contact info in Mariana Tek based on waiver responses in Xplor Growth! Just select "Yes, update them" in the Advanced Options. This will only update existing contacts, not create new ones.
We’ve also added birthday and emergency contact fields to waivers!
When Instant Book is activated on an HQ account form, you can use franchise mapping to select which free credit is given to the customer in each child account.
HQ users can now map segments to child accounts, making it easier to sync automations without updating each account manually.
We’ve made it even easier to collect timely, high-quality feedback from your clients—in-app surveys are available for studios using our CSAT functionality. Early results show a 20% boost in response rates!
Additionally, you can now adjust the frequency of the CSAT email.
