Automated Asset Analysis and Updated Reports

In this update, we have focused on simplifying your daily workflow and improving your reporting tools. We have moved our core AI features out of the experimental phase and updated our standard reporting layout to give you better visibility.

Here are the main highlights of this release:

Key Improvements

• Automatic Asset Analysis:
  The underlying asset analysis engine can now run automatically in the background. You will receive insights without needing to manually start the process.
• New Condition Grade (CG) Report Version:
  We have redesigned the CG report to make it cleaner and easier to read. The CG fields are now at the top of the report, the description field has been removed, and we have added a list of connected work orders so you can see related tasks immediately.

AI and Settings

We have simplified how you interact with AI features by removing the need to toggle experimental settings.

• Action Center Integration:
  AI asset analysis is now accessible directly within the action center without requiring an active experiment.
• Visible Settings:
  We have removed the auto-run AI asset analysis experiment, which means your AI settings are now visible by default.

Asset and Performance Management

We have cleaned up unnecessary fields and optimized manual actions to make managing your assets more straightforward.

• Efficient Manual Analysis:
  When you need to run a manual check, triggering the analysis of asset performance is now faster and more efficient.
• Simplified Technical Specs:
  We have removed unnecessary technical specifications to give you a cleaner view of your data.
• Image Attachment Fix:
  We have resolved an issue where attaching images to a new asset would cause a loading error if no location was set.

Exports and Administration

We have corrected bugs tied to document exports and user management to ensure your data and team lists remain accurate.

• Complete PDF Exports:
  PDF exports of asset lists now include all items. You can print or share these lists without worrying about missing rows.
• Clean User Offboarding:
  Users can now be removed from the organization entirely. This fixes previous issues regarding lingering task assignments for departed team members.
