Interactive PDF Plan Viewer, Warranty Tracking, Export Enhancements & More

This release introduces an interactive PDF plan viewer on the web, a new warranty tracking card on the building home dashboard, and improved file downloading capabilities. We have also restored key thermal insulation details across building assets, and expanded reporting completeness.

What’s New in This Release

1. Web PDF Floor Plan Viewer (Experimental)

Visual models with pdf floor plans only, will render faster, and have better clarity for pdfs.

• Availability & Requirements: This feature is currently hidden behind a feature flag in Experiments and currently applies ONLY to visual models consisting solely of PDFs.
• First-Time Load Note: Models containing only PDFs will initially display with green, empty floors upon first load. Selecting a floor will render the proper PDF file and interactive overview.

The pdf viewer will eventually be better also for visual twins with combinations of pdfs and other files.

2. Building Home Dashboard Warranty Expiration Card (Preview)

Keep track of equipment lifecycles and coverage with our new "Warranty Expiring" KPI card on the building dashboard. It automatically highlights assets with warranties ending within the next six months and provides direct links to inspect each item.

If you want to see expired warranties, just edit the filter in the list.

3. Enhanced File List Downloads & Filtering

You can now add flexible filters from the file list to export and download only the files you need.

You can download/export a maximum of 500 files at a time, and you will be notified by email when export is done. The download link is active for 1 hour.

4. Thermal Insulation Data (U-Values) Restored

You can now easily track thermal performance and positioning across your properties with new entry fields for Window type, Facade orientation, and U-value on the assets.

For now we have these fields available for all assets, disregarding classification.

5. Complete Asset Markdown Exports

Reporting is now more comprehensive. Markdown exports have been updated to include all asset properties, ensuring full data fidelity when exporting building assets for external analysis or reporting.

This allows downloading either or normal pdf, or a markdown file that is specifically targeted to use with your own AI agents for further processing.

• Creator Visibility: View creator names and profile pictures directly inside the work order list for clearer team accountability.
• Streamlined Navigation: Clicking any work order opens its dedicated workspace immediately, and selected items stay highlighted as you navigate.
• Label Enhancements: Resolved visual and labelling issues to ensure accurate task identification.

Live Dashboards & Automated Asset Tracking

We are bringing real-time metrics directly to your dashboard and introducing smarter automation to spatial asset management.

• Building Summary Widget: Access key building metrics at a glance right on your main dashboard.
• Automated Spatial Sync: Dropping or repositioning an asset on a specific floor within the digital twin now automatically updates its floor field.
• AI Cost Capture: Repair cost suggestions generated through Bulk AI analysis are now automatically saved directly into their corresponding cost fields.

Swedish Localisation & Workspace Cleanup

We are expanding accessibility for regional markets while keeping your workspace light, fast, and decluttered.

• Swedish & SEK Integration: Full Swedish language support and SEK currency options are now live across the platform.
• Decluttered Interface: Unused features, obsolete KPIs, and legacy frontend scans have been removed for a cleaner, high-efficiency experience.

• Goodbye, Auto-Tagging: To streamline the application and improve overall user experience, the unused auto-tagging feature has been completely removed.

  PDF exports of asset lists now include all items. You can print or share these lists without worrying about missing rows.

What is Raycasting? Think of raycasting as the system's invisible laser pointer. Every time you click with a mouse or tap a touchscreen, the app shoots an invisible "ray" from your finger or cursor into the screen to figure out exactly what object or button you are trying to interact with.

We have optimized this technology to prevent accidental clicks and improve responsiveness:

• For Touch Devices: Raycasting has been calibrated so touch inputs only trigger actions on a deliberate tap—meaning fewer accidental triggers while scrolling or gesturing.
• For Desktops: Mouse interactions remain highly responsive but are now throttled behind the scenes, reducing unnecessary system strain and boosting efficiency.
• Interruption-Free Performance: General under-the-hood improvements ensure everything runs smoothly in the background.

Zero Signal? No Problem! 📱✨

We know how frustrating it is to lose service when you're right in the middle of a job. This update is all about making sure the app works exactly when and where you need it—even deep in a basement with zero bars.

🏗️ The Big News: Real Offline Mode for 3D Buildings

You no longer need an internet connection to view your 3D building models. The app now handles the heavy lifting in the background so you can keep working offline.

• Automatic Saving: The app now automatically saves the last 3 buildings you opened directly to your phone.
• A Cleaner Offline View: When you lose signal, the "Twin" tab automatically changes to show you a clean list of exactly which buildings are saved and ready to view offline. To keep things simple, tabs that absolutely require internet will temporarily hide themselves until you're back online.
• Starts from Scratch Without Signal: Even if your phone is completely offline before you even open the app, you can still launch it safely and get straight to work.
• Safe and Secure: You’ll stay securely logged in while offline. If you share a device and explicitly log out, the app instantly wipes all cached building data to keep things secure.

🌍 Language Updates

• Hei Suomi! (Finnish Language Support): We have added full Finnish language support across the mobile app for our teams in the Nordics.

We have just rolled out a few under-the-hood tweaks to keep your app running smoothly. Here is what’s new in the latest version:

• Faster Performance: We have upgraded how the app talks to our new backend system. This means incident detection is now faster, more efficient, and lighter on your device.
• Clearer Statuses in the Action Centre: No more guesswork. The Action Centre now clearly displays distinct status options for incidents, work orders, and requests, making it much easier to track exactly what's happening at a glance.

Streamlined Field Asset Registration & Offline Support (v2.1.19)

We have updated the asset registration workflow in version 2.1.19 to reduce time spent on-site and improve reliability in areas with poor connectivity.

Photo-First Asset Registration

Field technicians can now create assets quickly by prioritizing visual documentation over manual data entry while on-site.

• Draft Creation: Take a photo and save the asset immediately to create a background draft.
• Delayed Data Entry: Complete the required text fields and documentation later when it is more convenient.
• Background Sync: Drafts sync automatically to the cloud in the background.

Full Offline Capability

The app now fully supports asset registration and updates without an active internet connection.

• Local Storage: All offline registrations and edits are securely cached as drafts on your mobile device.
• Automatic Re-syncing: The app detects when your connection is restored and automatically uploads pending drafts to the server.
• No Manual Intervention: There is no need to manually re-open, review, or trigger a save on offline drafts once you are back online.
