What’s New in This Release

This update streamlines your workflow with smoother profile management, improved asset previews, and a more intuitive IFC clipping experience. We have also resolved key bugs to ensure consistent performance across all platforms.

✨ New Features & Enhancements

• Direct File Actions: Perform bulk operations directly within entity views without losing your context.
• Smart IFC Clipping: Moving the clipping plane now automatically clips or unclips the building top, providing better visibility during adjustments.
• Restored Organization Setup: Users can once again create new organizations seamlessly.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

• Profile Editing: Fixed broken links and ensured translated options now display correctly.
• Instant Asset Previews: Asset images now appear in the card preview immediately after selection.
• Digital Twin Access: Restored the "Open Digital Twin" functionality for all assets.
• Chrome Translation Fix: Comments and replies on requests now work perfectly, even with Google Chrome’s automatic translation enabled.

Enhanched navigation and asset support

This update focuses on streamlining your workflow through a better visual feedback and expanded compability for asset documentation.

Default filters for Incidents, Requests and Work orders are now explicitly displayed. You can at a glance see exactly which criteria is applied.

Modern image formats

We now also support the WEBP format, often used for high-quality visuals with much smaller file sizes.

Routines

This release enhances routine management by streamlining the process for creating and stopping routines.

- Users can now easily create and stop routines with a simplified interface, improving clarity and accessibility.
- Radiobuttons for internal routines have been disabled to prevent confusion.

Visibility

The update also improves the visibility of filter buttons and ensures a consistent header bar experience while scrolling.

- Filter buttons are now more visible on a black background, ensuring users can easily interact with them.
- The twin data in the location card has been updated to always display the latest information, reducing confusion.
- The header bar remains fixed while scrolling through lists, making navigation easier across all entities.

New and updated features

Assets

New fields for height and width are added for assets.

A prompt will alert you if you delete floor plans that contain assets. Assets will be unplaced.

Photos

You can now zoom in on photos both on web and mobile for better visibility.

Files

You can now unlink files from assets.

You can now clear document labels from files.

Work orders

Filters in the work order section now have a functioning searach field for easier navigation.

User management

Managers can now edit phone numbers and profile pictures directly from user management view.

New and updated features

Locations / building

The features regarding a building/location is now available from the same place, i.e. the Locations page, giving a more intuitive user interface.

Assets

A new quantity field is added to assets for easier asset managment when you have multiple similar assets. This does not create duplicates.

Notifications

You can now mark all notifications as read on web, similar to the mobile version.

Work orders

You can now perform bulk updates on work order lists, simplifying task management.

New and updated features

Set a default currency for portfolio consistency
You can now select a default base currency for your organisation. This ensures that all financial metrics, costs, and investments across your entire portfolio are standardised. By eliminating the need for manual conversions, you get a clearer, more consistent overview of your portfolio's financial performance. Contact our support to set this up if needed.

Seamless Simien (.smi) file uploads
We have added native support for uploading Simien files directly in the .smi format. This streamlines the process of importing energy calculations and simulation models into the platform, reducing manual data entry and ensuring your energy analysis is always based on accurate, up-to-date information.

A cleaner file list with image toggling
To help you navigate your documents faster, images within your file list are now hidden by default. This declutters the interface, making it much easier to locate essential documents, PDFs, and datasets without scrolling through visual media. Whenever you need to view the photos, simply use the new toggle option to reveal them instantly.

Enhanced mobile experience: Haptic feedback & smart image sorting
We have introduced haptic feedback to provide tactile, physical responses to your actions, making the mobile experience feel more intuitive and engaging. Additionally, your image galleries and feeds will now display the newest pictures first. This ensures you always see the latest visual updates from your buildings immediately when taking new images.

Lasting Value Beyond Certification

The shift to digital surveys drastically reduced site visits and accelerated the time required to issue energy certificates, all while lowering delivery costs. More importantly, the value of this collaboration didn't end once the certificates were issued.

Because all the verified, traceable building data remains securely stored within Autility's visual twin, Coop Nord now has audit-ready documentation that will simplify future re-certifications, clarify daily operations, and seamlessly link future energy-saving measures directly to their real assets.

Autility is honoured to be selected as a finalist for the Nordic PropTech Award 2026 in the Property Management category. The award highlights innovative scale ups in the Nordic region, and being recognised alongside strong companies across all tracks is an important milestone for our team. Winners will be announced in Copenhagen on 26 February.

We are joining a strong consortium working to advance data‑driven solutions for energy‑efficient and energy‑flexible buildings. The project explores SRI‑based upgrade planning, semantic data models for smarter operations, and predictive control for heating and ventilation.

We at Autility are looking forward to the open workshops planned throughout the project and to contributing to meaningful decarbonisation of the building sector.
