• Coordinate events, parent-teacher conferences, and volunteers in minutes. Brightwheel Sign-Ups makes it easy to keep families engaged without any hassle.

⭐️Tuition agreements that drive stronger family commitment

• Tuition Agreements help set clear expectations with families by outlining billing plan rates, due dates, and school payment policies. They reduce confusion, provide evidence during disputes, and make payment collection smoother.
• Easily apply them to both existing and new billing plans in brightwheel – check out this Loom to see how easy it is to get started 🎥

⭐️State form fillable document templates that save you time

• To see what templates are available, go to Forms & requests, click Create new, and select Fillable document

⭐️CSV downloads of approved form responses for better data tracking

• To access CSV downloads, select your form, click Select an action, and select Export all approved. You’ll be emailed PDFs of your forms and a CSV file with the direct responses!
