The Automations Engine is a paid add-on to Chariot's core software. We’re opening Automations to a limited group of early customers first. Because setup is hands-on, our team will work with early movers to review existing reminders, configure the right workflows, prevent duplicate customer messages, and backfill automations where useful (for example, setting up automated check ins with customers you moved ~11 months ago).
