Quick summary (go deeper below πŸ‘‡):

  • Lock crews from setting / changing custom hourly rates from Resources > Mover Roles

πŸ“… See booked jobs and open leads at a glance on the schedule

The Month and Week schedule views now show two counters: booked jobs and open leads for the period on screen.

Why it matters: See your workload, your pipeline, and monthly trends in job/ lead counts with just a glance.

How to use it: Go to Job Schedule > Month (or Week) and look next to This Month. Hover or tap a counter to see how it's counted. Each move counts once, in the period it ends.

πŸ“Š Leads/ Jobs dashboards (tables) that answer more questions

Why it matters: Follow up on hot leads, chase open balances, check estimated vs. actual revenue, and find the right leads faster.

  • Est. Viewed. See which sent estimates your customer opened, with the date and time. On by default in Leads > Estimate Sent.

  • Actual Total and Balance. See each finished job's final total and what's still owed. On by default in Jobs > Done (Open) and Done (Closed).

  • Est. Signed now shows the time, not just the date.

  • Clearer Views. The view picker has a floating View label, a β˜… marks your default, and a How views work link explains the rest.

  • Tag filtering in the Archive. Open Archive, click Filters, and filter by Tags (is any of, is not any of, is empty, is not empty).

Pro tip: If you use Saved Views, add these new columns there too, since existing views keep their current columns!

πŸ“¦ Faster, clearer inventory

We tightened up the inventory page to help users work faster:

  • "Adding to" is clearer. A pill at the top shows which room your new items go into, and + Custom now sits right next to the item search.

  • Delete any item in one click. Expand an item and click Delete item.

  • Keyboard shortcut hints. The item search now shows Enter to add, ↑↓ to select, ←→ for quantity, and esc to clear.

  • A tidier Photos tab. Upload Photos and Request Photos are one click away, and each photo shows its item and room.

Why it matters: Fewer items land in the wrong room, and entering an inventory takes fewer clicks.

How to use it: Open any job and go to the Inventory tab.

🚚 More control over your crews

  • Lock hourly rates. If you never want crews changing the hourly rate, go to Resources > Mover Roles and uncheck Can Change the Hourly Rate for that role. Those movers only see Set Hourly Rate (the rate from the estimate).

  • Crew photos get time-stamped names. Photos from the crew app now show up in the job's Documents tab as, for example, 20261014_224900_image.JPEG instead of a pile of identical names.

Why it matters: You keep control of the rate you bill, and you can tell photos apart when you need them for damage or condition records.

How to use it: Go to Resources > Role Management and turn off "Can Change Hourly Rate" to remove access to this feature.

πŸ’¬ Customize AI Voice Assistant + "On the Way" crew texts (reach out to support if interested)

  • "On the way" and arrival texts. The language can be changed for your company, for example to let customers know replies go to the office, not the crew.

  • Voice AI leads. We can turn off the standard web form confirmation message when a lead comes in from the AI voice assistant, and help you implement a custom text/ email specifically for inbound leads that are answered by AI.

How to use it: Reach out and let us know what you'd like to change. We set these up for you.

πŸ“± Even easier on your phone

  • Month view. Each day shows the date and job count, the header fits on one row, and the ? icon explains what the colors and numbers mean.

  • Add Lead. The dialog fills the screen, and the title and Publish Lead button stay put while you scroll the form.

  • Job and Lead tabs. Intake, Estimate, and Results use your screen better.

  • Bigger Bill of Lading buttons for movers. Submit, Take Payment, View Bill of Lading Screen, Back to Schedule, and New digital Bill of Lading are large and easy to tap.

Why it matters: Fewer mis-taps from the truck, the driveway, or the office.

πŸ“ Estimate Ranging is easier to find and use

Ranges are easier to spot and set on the Estimate tab:

  • A small range badge appears on synced quantities. Hover to see Click for sync info & range.

  • The Total Range footer now tells you what to do: Range a charge above, or enter manually.
  • When your range is calculated from your charges, you see Calculated from ranged charges. If you've entered your own, you see Overrides $X - $Y and a Use calculated option.

Why it matters: More accurate ranges, and you can tell at a glance whether a range is calculated or typed in.

How to use it: Open any job and go to the Estimate tab.

πŸ’ͺ Other small but mighty updates

  • No more empty "Details / Special Instructions" in your notes when a customer skips that field on the short quote form. You can show or hide the field in Settings > General > Web Form Configuration.

  • Clearer guidance on Movers vs. Mover Users. A note at the top of Resources > Movers and Users > Mover Users points you to the right page for pay details vs. login details.
