Estimates now include a box summary as well:
House location types include # of bedrooms ❓ Why we built this
Some moving companies always take down the # of bedrooms in a house – sometimes as a core way to estimate job time. Previously Chariot had just a single “House” option.

 💡 How it works

When selecting a location type from the office, or from the web form, there are options for houses with 1-5+ bedrooms.
Work times auto-fill with dispatched movers on BoL💡 How it works
When a mover starts filling out a work time, Chariot auto-fills who was dispatched to the job. The mover can add / remove movers from the work time as needed.
 🔮 Next…
Our upcoming time tracking feature will allow movers to to handle this all upfront, making the process even smoother and more mistake-proof.
Office users can receive notifications when estimates are viewed💡 How it works
On the estimate tab, you can already see the last time a customer viewed their estimate.

Now you can also get email and in app notifications when these views occur. To turn this on, go to Settings → Notifications
Trucks visible in schedule week view💡 How it works
This one is pretty self-explanatory :)
Convert discounts to "surcharges" (extra fees) on estimates and bills of lading❓ Why we built this
Some moving companies tack on a general surcharge (usually a %) to their estimate/ bill. There’s two main scenarios we see this:

 (1) The moving company charges a kind of generic service fee (e.g., 8%) on top of the bill – for example, they might not charge for shrink wrap / other materials and use this surcharge instead

 (2) The moving company provides BINDING estimates with one simple price – but to generate the estimate they add up their expected costs/ rates and add on a % buffer to make sure the move is profitable (in Chariot there are ways to set up estimates this way!)
 💡 How it works
At the bottom of an estimate, result, or bill of lading:
