We just pushed a first version of one of our most-requested product changes: you can now set lead vs. non-lead (helper) crew roles, and restrict non-leads' ability to access sensitive information/ functionality. 💡How it works / how to get started
Go to "Resources" --> "Movers"
Click "edit" at the end of the row for a mover
Under "Role", switch the mover from "Crew Lead" to "Crew Helper"
Save
If a mover is a "Crew Helper", they'll just be able to see basic job information (including inventory) and take move-day photos. They won't have access to:
Customer phone number and email
Estimate / pricing details
The Bill of Lading
Payments screen (total balance due + ability to take / log payments)
Ability to text customer "on the way" + "arrived" messages
