Coming soon: AI Voice Intake Assistant
Early testers have been excited about our upcoming AI Voice Intake Assistant's potential to capture more leads, fill sales team gaps, and tee up closing opportunities for your moving company with less work.
The basics of how it works:
Things we've heard:
- “We spend a lot of money trying to get customers to call us, and we miss them off hours… this will significantly improve the odds of us getting them booked”
- “This is a million times better than the AI I’ve used in the past”
- “This is way better than voicemail – it will cut down on the time I spent reviewing them and manually inputting moves into Chariot”

Email / Text Editor!
New Chariot customers now have access to a dynamic email and text editor, allowing them to edit the content of all their default messages without Chariot support (though we can still help!).
For emails, it allows you to do things like:
- Customize formatting, colors, and spacing
- Insert dynamic fields like links to estimates
- Add custom attachments
- Set up new ad-hoc emails you can send at any time
- Add videos, social links, images, tables, and lines
We’ll be rolling out / converting over existing moving companies to this feature very soon.
New General Settings Page
We’re giving users more control over all the customization Chariot has to offer. Chariot 'Owner' users now have access to a new General Settings page where they can manage key company-level settings. In the next few weeks, we’ll be taking this further by launching:
- The ability to customize which users are able to edit different types of settings on this page
- Role and user-level settings / permissions (controlling who has access to certain pages/ features)
If you want any non-Owner users on your team to have access – or if you’re ever curious about customizations that are possible, reach out to us for help!
Mobile improvements
When you open the main menu on a phone, it now opens full screen (instead of “squishing” content) and when you click into a page, it will close automatically – saving multiple clicks / presses for you. At Chariot we regularly use our software on a phone – so we know there are some areas we can still improve mobile functionality – more to come.
Widget / Reporting improvements
Last product announcement we launched “Widgets” on the homepage. Today, Widgets are rectangular charts/ insights you can organize on the screen – but the future is making the homepage fully customizable with Widgets so you can fully customize your experience! In the meantime, we’ve added new Widgets to help you see your jobs and revenue for the day, week, and month more easily. To add them to your Chariot experience, go: Home > “Beta” (top right) > “+Widget” and make sure the new Widgets are selected.
Additionally, the Full Job Export now breaks out First and Last move date instead of all move dates. This makes it much easier to quickly analyze time-based questions about jobs for a certain time period.
