Already available to use!

• Movers can add time-stamped “crew notes” to a job that are visible from the office.
• Users can add memos (notes) to job invoices
• Users can remove all movers from a scheduled “track” (crew) with 2 clicks

Request access if interested:

• Our Storage module is ready to use, including tools to organize storage job info, automated invoices, and payments, and simplify tracking down what’s in your warehouse.
• Chariot’s first offline-compatible Estimator App (intake and inventory screens for each lead/ job, photo uploads) is ready for use on iPads! Our Android App is still in beta.
• We now have a setting to automatically apply a card fee by default to bills of lading (it can still be toggled off). If you mainly accept cards, this may be valuable – reach out if you’d like this turned on!
• The North Carolina Utilities Commission has greenlit Chariot users to get fast-tracked approval for our North Carolina-specific electronic Bills of Lading.
• We can now customize which office roles (Owner, Manager, Sales Rep, etc.) can be sales owners. Let us know if you want your setup modified!

Other things:

• Added Zelle and Venmo payment method options when logging a payment manually
• Added a synced California “Double Drive Time” charge that calculates travel fees according to California law
• Estimate signing is now significantly faster for end customers
• The “State Number” that shows on Estimates is now customizable – we are updating this label for all Chariot moving cos based on their state regulations
• Various speed improvements in loading jobs, loading days on the schedule, booking jobs, and more. More optimizations are in the works (esp: loading texts)

Crew Notes

❓ Why we built this

With Chariot, it should be easy to know what happened on a move without waiting to ask the crew. We wanted to add a way for crews to log notes about the move day that are instantly visible in the office.

💡 How it works

Crew Leads (if you want Helpers to have access, let us know) will see a new “Crew Notes” option in the mover experience. They can add notes, which are automatically timestamped. Their notes can be seen under “Crew Notes” on the Results tab.

Add Memo (Notes) to Move Invoices

❓ Why we built this

Adding a memo to an invoice is common practice, but we previously didn’t support this option in Chariot.

💡 How it works

When sending an invoice from the Results tab, click “+ Invoice Memo” and add your notes. They will appear above the charges on the digital invoice and pdf version.

Remove all resources from a schedule “track” (crew) with 2 clicks

❓ Why we built this

Previously movers and trucks had to be removed from a track one by one – resulting in extra clicks/ time for users.

💡 How it works

Above the track, click the 3 dots, then the “remove” icon. All movers and trucks will be removed from the track.

• Improved organization of storage job dashboards (see who has auto-invoices setup, cards on file, last invoice date, balance, etc)
