You can now create Other Schedule Templates - pre-set bundles of worksheets that can be added when a new workpaper is created.

For firm managers and administrators, this means you can:

• Build templates for different job types (e.g. Annual Compliance, Advisory, BAS) 🛠️
• Set consistent tags and naming conventions 📎
• Make checklist assignment smoother and more reliable ✅

Want to take advantage of this new feature? Here’s how your current firm admin can update the settings:

1. Go to Firm Settings ⚙️
2. Select the Details tab
3. Update the Firm Administrators field
4. Click Save

Once added, firm administrators will be able to manage more across the platform, including:

• Billing
• Firm-level integrations

Carry Forward is now live in Cimplico Workpapers! ⭐️

Version 1 of this feature helps you easily bring forward key info from prior year workpapers:

• Entries + Files - See last year’s entries (and their attachments) side-by-side in your worksheets and choose what to carry forward
• Other Schedules – Access prior year schedules and copy them into your current workpaper in one click
• Calculations – Review and re-use Calculations from prior periods

Carry Forward can be turned on when creating a workpaper or from the settings tab at any time!

You can now view all calculations across a workpaper in one central place - no need to click through individual worksheets to find them.

On the new Calculations page, you can:

• Quickly locate and edit any calculation in a workpaper 🔍
• Check progress at a glance 📊
• See which worksheets each calculation is linked to 📎

This update brings more visibility to your workpaper. Head to the Calculations page in any workpaper to check it out!
