📣 New: Free Badge Maker for Your Events

Creating badges should not become a disconnected last-minute event-day task.

That’s why we built ClearEvent Badge Maker, our gift to the event planning community. It's a free tool that helps you quickly turn your registration or ticketing data into print-ready badges.

Getting started is simple:

• Export your registrants or ticket holders from your ClearEvent event
• Upload the CSV file into Badge Maker
• Customize your badge layout, preview your badges, and export your PDF for printing

You can create badges for:

• Attendees
• Speakers
• Staff and volunteers
• Exhibitors and sponsors
• VIP guests

Start with a ready-made template or build your own design from scratch. Add text, images, shapes, and QR codes, then export a print-ready PDF when you’re ready.

Because Badge Maker is designed to work seamlessly with the attendee data you already manage in ClearEvent, it makes badge preparation faster and easier while fitting naturally into your existing event workflow.
