Finish the job, send the bill, get paid

Stop leaving the job site to go build an invoice at your desk. Invoices are now in CompanyCam, and every paid plan has them.

Head to the Sales tab of any project and start one. Customer info fills itself in from the project. Pull line items straight from your price book instead of retyping them. Attach the photos that show exactly what you did, so the invoice answers the questions before your customer asks them.

Two ways to use them
Turn an approved proposal into an invoice in a couple taps, or build a one-off invoice when you just need to collect on something.

Getting paid
If you have Payments set up, choose how you want to get paid and collect it right there in the app. No Payments yet? You can still send invoices — they'll default to offline payment until you turn Payments on.

Same place your photos live. Same place your proposals live. Now the bill, too.
