Marketing Suite: A Completely Reworked Review Requests Flow

Marketing Suite customers now get a review request flow that works a lot like Showcases: CompanyCam builds the request for you. It pulls in the customer's contact info from the project, drafts the message with context from the job, credits the crew who worked it, and automatically picks photos to send along, so you're not starting from a blank page every time a project wraps.

On the homeowner's side, leaving a review is now a guided, generate-as-you-go process: they pick their star rating, call out what stood out, and tag any crew member who went above and beyond, and CompanyCam turns that into a ready-to-post review. That feedback gets saved to your account either way, so even if a homeowner doesn't publish it to Google, you still get first-party insight into how the job went. You can also track each request's status (pending, sent, opened, done) right on the project, so you know which jobs are earning five stars.
