Edit Advanced Checklists That Started From a Template (Web)

Admins and Managers can now keep editing an Advanced Checklist after it's added to a Project from an Advanced Checklist Template. The same Edit / Use toggle that already exists on a blank Advanced Checklist now shows up on template-based ones too, on the web app. Until now, a Checklist created from a template was fixed once it landed on a project, so if a job needed one extra question or one irrelevant field removed, the only option was to change the template itself or live with it. Now the person running the job can adjust that project's copy on the spot, and the source template stays exactly as it was, so other projects using the template are not affected.

In Edit, you can add, update, or delete any content, including fields that came from the template. Only Admins and Managers can edit. Standard and Restricted Users stay on fill-out, so the structure Admins set up stays intact: they can still answer fields and duplicate a field or section, and they can delete only the duplicate they added. This functionality is available on our Crew and Scale plans and is on the web only for now. Classic checklists are unchanged in this update.
