Auto Drafting Proposals adds a starter card to the AI assistant inside a proposal, and it drafts the proposal for you using the context already on the project.

Writing a proposal has meant re-entering details the team already captured on the jobsite, so this turns that project context into a first draft, and you spend your time reviewing and adjusting a proposal instead of building one from scratch. The draft uses what's on the project, so the scope and details reflect what was actually seen on site.

When you open the assistant inside a proposal, the card appears if the project has enough context to create a proposal or has a walkthrough note, so you can start a draft in one click. If you don't see the card, the project likely has neither yet.
