It's that time again! Let's check out the features and enhancements made over the past week!

  • We’re excited to announce an enhancement to our Google Calendar integration! If you have multiple calendars, you can now select the specific calendar where you’d like your events to be displayed. Note: If you have previously connected to Google Calendar and see an error, please try removing the integration and adding it back using the instructions on this page. Hi there!

It's that time again! Let's check out the features and enhancements made over the past week!

  • We’re thrilled to introduce Curate AI Analysis, our latest add-on feature that unlocks deeper insights from your data. With AI-powered analysis, you can discover trends, optimize strategies, and uncover new opportunities like never before!

  • We added Copy Link and Duplicate form functions that can be accessed from the Forms page and clicking the ... to access a dropdown menu.
  • Another Inquiry form enhancement that we've done is adjust the form edit screen to add separate scrolling bars to make it easier to add or edit questions and see them in the preview mode at the same time!
  • We have revamped the Order slide out menu with updated options so you can now toggle on and off Quantity, Price and the Subtotal to be displayed! Before we had a single toggle, but now it's broken out into three options.
  • In the same slide out menu we've also added an option to center the line item names and descriptions!

It's that time again! Let's check out the features and enhancements made over the past week!

  • First up is a two for one! We've made some enhancements to how you can bulk update events and line items! The following video will cover how both work.
  • We've added a new cover section called Sprout! We brought this over from Curate Classic based on customer feedback!
  • Email Receipts from Curate - You can now setup an automation workflow that will automatically email a receipt (and cc the event owner) when a payment is made through Stripe or Curate Payments!
  • The new Curate Community is here! We've been hard at work on designing a new community platform where you'll have a space where creativity, connection, and collaboration thrive. Whether you’re a long-time customer or new to our community, we’re here to ensure you feel right at home. Send us a chat message if you're interested in joining!

Product Updates - October Curate Jam Edition!

Greetings Curators!

Over the past couple of weeks, the entire Curate company split off into teams with one goal in mind. To review, develop and release customer feature requests! Please check out this video for highlights of each new feature!🎉

We will be hosting a poll that will go live next week where you can vote on your favorite new feature! We will reward the team that gets the most votes!

The following new and improved features are now live and ready for you to check out!

Event Name and Date Automation!

Our first Curate Jam update focuses on automation where the name and date of the event will automatically be added to to the cover module! You'll have the ability to override this anytime, but this is the new default method to help save time!

Slide Out Menu Adjustment

We made an adjustment to how clicking any slide out menus works. Before, clicking on Payments or Proposal details would push the event back to the top of the page. We have corrected this so now the page will stay with the module's menu that you're currently viewing.

Styles Background Color Border

We added a border around the color box for the new background color feature to make it easier to stand out.

Order - Module Adjustments

We made an adjustment to how the Section title and Description boxes work for the Proposal Details (Order) module works. Before you would have to delete or override "Section Title" and "Section Description". Now it's setup to remove those words as you click into text boxes and begin typing!

Event Details Can Be Edited Without Leaving The Workroom

Previously we unlocked the ability to see event details that lives on the Event Overview (as seen below)

Now you can edit the details from the same place!

New Add All Recipe Images to the line item button

We've added a new button to both the Order View and Recipe View that will allow you to add all of the images stored for your recipe components to the line item! Before you would have to click the add photo button one by one if you wanted to include all images.

Hi there!

It's that time again! Let's check out the features and enhancements made over the past week!

  • We've unlock the ability to resort your Custom Properties list by visiting the Custom Properties settings page! Here's a short video of how it works!
  • We have updated the Event Activity Log to now display a timestamp of when an email has been sent to a client and when the link from the email to view the event has been clicked.

Note: The timestamp for when they clicked/viewed the link may take 5-10 minutes to be displayed.

  • We've made an enhancement to our Bulk Upload options to allow custom units and purchase unit to be included!
  • We've added a new ability called Branches! This will allow you to create and manage branches like locations, regions, departments, branches, and brands. Assign team members and customize settings to fit each branch's needs.

Note: Branches is an add on service. If you're interested in adding this ability to your Curate instance, please reach out to us by chat or ask your Curate Success Manager for more details!

Hi there!

It's that time again! Let's check out the features and enhancements made over the past week!

  • You may now upload an Organization photo to the Settings page. At the moment, this photo can be used as part of the Event Print section, but we'll be adding more area that will make use of this photo in the future!
  • We have enabled the ability to perform bulk imports to the Rentals product page! Note: Rentals is an add on feature. If you're interested in adding this feature, please feel free to reach out to us!
  • We made adjustments to how taxes are listed within the Grand Total section of an event. We will list out when more than one tax rate or if it's just one tax rate, it will now simply show a "Total Taxes" line.

Hi there!

It's that time again! Let's check out the features and enhancements made over the past week!

  • You can now edit events in the Curate Mobile App! Note: If you're unable to edit an event, please uninstall and reinstall the app to try again.
  • We've updated how events on the Curate Calendar are displayed for single days. Check it out!
  • By request we added a new timestamp that will state when an event was first marked as booked under the Production Notes section of the Event Overview page.
  • We added new event tokens for the following:

{EVENT OWNER FIRST NAME} = corresponds to the first name of the Curate user who created the event.

{EVENT OWNER LAST NAME} = corresponds to the last name of the Curate user who created the event.

{EVENT LOCATION NAME} = This will display the location address from Event Overview page

  • Workroom Table of Contents Adjustments - We've updated the layout to a cleaner interface. As mentioned in a previous news posting, you can now add additional modules to display more photos and information. Here's a short video covering the change.

Hi there!

It's that time again to check out new features that were recently released! Let's dig in!

  • We have released a new automation feature that will mark an event as booked when a selected condition has been met.
  • We have unlocked a new feature that will allow you to calculate an amount based on a percentage of selected categories. This is extremely useful for workflows like adding fees for things like Service, travel, design, or venue fees. To do this, we developed a new custom property type called Calculated Property. The name of the feature is called Linked price on line items.
  • By request, we have added the ability to add additional cover and inspiration board modules to an event so additional photos can be added!

  • While speaking of the contents of an event, we have added back to the system the ability to reorganize modules to your liking!
  • By request we added a new label printing option within Event Prints. This will allow you to print out formatted line item data using the standard blank label template used by major printing companies. All of the details of dimensions and an example PDF sheet can be found within this knowledgebase article.

Hi there!

It's that time again to check out new features that were released this week! Let's dig in!

  • By request, we've added filtering by categories within Event Prints so you can narrow down the list of products shown! Here's a video walkthrough of the enhancement!

  • New Automation Alert! You can now activate a setting within the Settings - Notifications that tell the application to automatically update an event status to "Proposal Booked" when a Proposal has been sent to a client!

  • By request, we added a new Download PDF button to the Client view of an event proposal. It will be displayed on the top right corner of the page as seen below
