Hello!

It's that time again to look at the most recent updates to the Curate experience! Let's dig in!

  • We've refreshed the Date filtering options on the Reports page for a smoother experience!

Note: When selecting a new date range or applying a different filter (such as Status), be sure to click the Generate button to update your results.

  • Production Notes (Internal) - We've added a new Production Notes section for each line item! This allows you to add extra context to a line item without it being visible to your client.

These notes will be visible in other sections of the application like Event Prints!

  • We've introduced a new Component View that gives you a detailed breakdown of your components within an event! This is located within the Orders page of the Workroom.
  • By popular request, we've added nested folders to the Media Library! You can now create folders inside of folders, making it easier to organize your photos.
  • We've also expanded our Branch feature to work with all integrations! Now, if you're using Branches, you can enable separate integrations for each branch—including Google Calendar, Nowsta, Galley, and QuickBooks Online.

Hello!

It's that time again to look at the most recent updates to the Curate experience! Also, don't forget that our next webinar is coming up on Wednesday, March 12th! Click here to sign up!

  • First up is a refresh to our new event slide-out screen! Based on user feedback, we've added additional items that can be filled out in advance in an effort to optimize the event creation process!
  • We have a new line item status called Internal! Internal items will be visible within the Workroom, Shopping Lists, Event Prints and Reports. However they will not be visible to your client in areas such as the client view or PDF downloads.

🚨 New Add-On Alert! 🚨 We just launched our Curate Staffing Module! This new feature lets you add a 'Staffing' line item, allowing you to document and charge clients for additional staff needed for an event.

Note: This is an add on feature that requires an adjustment to your subscription package by a member of the Curate team. Please reach out to us for assistance via chat if you're interested in adding this to your account!

🚨 New Add-On Alert! 🚨 We've added an AI Assist feature that will allow you to have a conversation and ask questions while designing an event! This can be used for getting advice on how to word a summary or a description for an event or a line item. This can also be used for creating email templates as seen in the video below!

Note: This is an add on feature that requires an adjustment to your subscription package by a member of the Curate team. Please reach out to us for assistance via chat if you're interested in adding this to your account!

Hi there!

This update we'll be focusing on exciting changes to Rentals and Branches! If you would like to unlock either of these features, please reach out to us in chat for more details!

  • We've added the ability to select rental products as a direct line item! Part of this change is also ensuring the rental item is included within your markup calculations as well!
  • We've also unlocked the ability to assign a form to a specific branch!
  • Finally, we also made an adjustment to the event duplication process where if you duplicate an event, it will assign the selected branch to the new event!

Hi there!

It's that time again! Let's let's take a look at the most recent updates to the Curate experience! 🤜🤛

  • We've added the ability to set a Markup Profile directly in the event! Here's a short video of the process!
  • You can now add or remove events from a shopping list! Let's take a look at this new feature!
  • We've added ability to hide/show line items and the section total in the Client View! This can be done from the Workroom - Orders page of an event by clicking into section settings and using the toggles as seen below!

  • By request, we added the ability to see the line item quantity on the Recipe view page!

Let's finish off January with some updates to the Curate experience! Let's get started! 🤜🤛

  • I'm excited to introduce our latest feature called Hover Card! This will provide you with shortcuts and a high level overview of an event! Here's a short video showing how it works along with some other small changes to the Events Page!
  • We added currency support for the Australian Dollar (AUD). If you would like to swap out your currency to this option, send us a message!
  • We've made an enhancement to how you add or edit a product line item from the Orders page. Here's a quick tutorial!

Hi there!

It's that time again to discuss recent updates to the Curate experience! Let's get started! 🤜🤛

  • We've made enhancements to our forms! This includes background color, font colors, font styles along with some other cool things! Here's a short video of the changes.
  • We enhanced the visibility of the Event Prints - Recipe sheets for a cleaner layout! This will make it easier to create printouts our PDFs of the sheet moving forward as we adjusted how the recipe grid was displayed.
  • We've added the ability to create Purchase Orders! Here's a video tutorial!
  • We added currency support for the Mexican Peso (MXN) & Dominican Peso (DOP). If you would like to swap out your currency to either of these or another option, send us a message!
  • You can now customize your Event Pipeline! Here's a short video on how to do this.
  • We've added a bulk add component feature to the recipe view! By clicking the Import from Catalog button, you will see the same slide out menu that we previously added to allow bulk line items to be added to an order!

  • New Cover Sections!!! We've added two new cover sections called Brilliance and Excellence! Here's some examples:
  • We've made some improvements to our Google Calendar integration to allow it to sync with more events at one time.
  • We've adding a new page for storing all shopping lists! At the moment we're calling this Gameplan on the left sidebar.

Hi there!

It's Thanksgiving week here in the US! Let's celebrate by checking out some new features that I'm thankful for!

  • We've added the ability to attach documents to events. These can be customer facing or used internally!
  • We've added a new section module called the Masonry Grid board that will allow you to add up to 50 images at one time! If you need more, you may additional sections for more photos!
  • We've added the ability to add international phone numbers as part of contact information!
  • We have added new date and time formats! These can be located within the Settings - General page under Formatting Preferences
