You can now customize what appears in the browser tab for your customer portal view!
By default, the tab displays โCurate Portalโ, but you can update it to reflect your business name or event details. To edit it, just head to the Event Overview slide-out menu and enter your desired name in the new Portal Name field.

Once saved, your chosen name will appear in the browser tab when viewing the portal.

Your shopping list will now display the full component name on the page.

Tags are now visible on the Inquiries page! You can also use filters to view specific inquiries more easily.

You can now create or edit components and rental items directly from the workroom. (See video for how it works!)
When duplicating from a template or previous event, the selected tax profile now applies to all line items. (Video breakdown included!)
We've added a new rentals tab to make it easier to see a list of just the rental items per each event!

The Events Report now includes a Taxable Total columnโa popular customer request!

Weโve added a new automation that can remove the expiration date from a proposal once an event reaches a specific stage. This can be performed within the Settings - Automations page.

๐งพ Media Library Remembers Your Last Opened Folder
The Media Library will now reopen in the last folder or section you were viewing, so you can pick up right where you left off.
๐ Personalize Email Subject Lines with Tokens
This enhancement allows you to personalize subject lines with details like client names or event names - making emails easier to search, more recognizable, and tailored to each client! This can be done within your email templates as well as free hand emails send on the fly.

To make this happen, we've updated the Email Subject box within the Share with Client box as well as the email template screen with the box seen below:

Here's an example of how the email subject line will be displayed:

๐ค View inquiry form notes directly within an event
We've added the ability to see Inquiry form notes within the event! Below is an example of where this note section lives within an inquiry.

๐ฑ๏ธUpdated email template layout to remove boxes
We've made an adjustment so that when an email template is being used it will no longer have a light blue box surrounding the email's body.
๐ฑ๏ธGoogle Calendar Sync Update
We've made a change to our calendar setup so that Events that don't have selected times or partial times will be flagged as an "All Day" Event within Google Calendar when synced from Curate.

All headers and subtitles now support tokens, making it easier than ever to automate your event creation. This means you can automatically include details like the event name and dateโno more typing it out or copy-pasting every time!
We have added a Download PDF button to the top right corner of each event tab!

You may now click on the email address within the People & Vendors section and it will load your default email program to send the contact an email!

We've made a change to ensure the expiration date is predominantly displayed in the client portal.

Thanks to your feedback, weโve rolled out some powerful updates:
You may now merge an unconverted inquiry into a pre-existing event! This can be done with a new inquiry as well as one that has been disconnected from a previous event. To do this, locate the inquiry and click the new Merge into existing event button that is displayed across the top:

A pop up will appear that will allow you to select the event you wish to merge with the inquiry.

We have added the ability to disconnect an event from an inquiry. To do this, navigate to the Inquiries page. Next locate and click into the inquiry. Across the top of the page you will now have access to a new button called Disconnect inquiry. Click this button.

A pop up box will appear asking you to confirm the action. Click the Disconnect button.

The inquiry will be disconnected from the event and you will now have the ability to convert the inquiry into a new event or merge it into an existing event!

We have added a category breakdown at the bottom of each shopping list that will mention the total cost based on component category as well as the overall total!

You may now delete folders within the media library! This can be done by clicking into the box on the top left and then clicking Delete Selected across the bottom of the Media Library box. This can also be done to delete more than one folder at a time if needed!


When enabled, clients will not be able to make payments until all required signatures on this contract are received. Toi activate this feature, navigate to the Settings - Payments page and click into your payment integration. Check off the box and click save as seen below:

You may now click on the event's name from within the Event Prints page to access the event in question. This will also allow you to right click on the name and open the event in a new tab or window as well!
