Hi there!

It's October 1st, and while the spooky season is here, let's check out some not-so-spooky new features!

  • Workroom Table of Contents Adjustments - We've updated the layout to a cleaner interface. As mentioned in a previous news posting, you can now add additional modules to display more photos and information. Here's a short video covering the change.

Product Updates - September 18th, 2024

Hi there!

It's that time again to check out new features that were recently released! Let's dig in!

  • We have released a new automation feature that will mark an event as booked when a selected condition has been met.
  • We have unlocked a new feature that will allow you to calculate an amount based on a percentage of selected categories. This is extremely useful for workflows like adding fees for things like Service, travel, design, or venue fees. To do this, we developed a new custom property type called Calculated Property. The name of the feature is called Linked price on line items.
  • By request, we have added the ability to add additional cover and inspiration board modules to an event so additional photos can be added!

  • While speaking of the contents of an event, we have added back to the system the ability to reorganize modules to your liking!
  • By request we added a new label printing option within Event Prints. This will allow you to print out formatted line item data using the standard blank label template used by major printing companies. All of the details of dimensions and an example PDF sheet can be found within this knowledgebase article.

Hi there!

It's that time again to check out new features that were released this week! Let's dig in!

  • By request, we've added filtering by categories within Event Prints so you can narrow down the list of products shown! Here's a video walkthrough of the enhancement!

  • New Automation Alert! You can now activate a setting within the Settings - Notifications that tell the application to automatically update an event status to "Proposal Booked" when a Proposal has been sent to a client!

  • By request, we added a new Download PDF button to the Client view of an event proposal. It will be displayed on the top right corner of the page as seen below

Hi there!

Can you believe we're at the end of August already?! Let's enjoy these last days of Summer by checking out these new features that were released this week!

  • We've updated how you made edits to the Cover section as well as the People & Vendors section! Here's a video walkthrough of the changes!
  • Clicking a line item photo will enhance the image size!
  • We have added the ability to send out automated payment reminder emails to the Notifications page within Settings.

Product Updates - August Curate Jam Edition!

Greetings Curators!

Over the past few weeks, the entire Curate company split off into teams with one goal in mind. To review, develop and release customer feature requests! Please check out this video for highlights of each new feature!🎉

Here's the written list of all the new features. To watch more in depth videos for each feature, please click here. We will be hosting a poll that will go live next week where you can vote on your favorite new feature! We will reward the team that gets the most votes!

  • New Workroom slide out menu that displays event details on the proposal screen!
  • Now you can edit the status of an event without leaving the events page!
  • Custom properties now work with forms and inquiries!
  • We have a brand new recipe view on the orders tab of an event so you can see all recipes in one place!
  • The Media Library now has a multi-select feature for adding photos to a line item!

Hi there!

We've been working hard at adding new features! I'm excited to share with you today the following update! 🎉🎉🎉

  • We've added a new slide out menu within the Workroom on events that were made from an Inquiry that will display details from the original inquiry response. This will make it easier to access important information without navigating away from the workroom. Here's a video of the new feature in action!
  • We also made a change where we added an archived label to any categories that have been moved to the archived status. Here's a video explanation of it in action and a use case for using it!

Hi there!

We've been working hard at adding new features! I'm excited to share with you today the following update! 🎉🎉🎉

  • We've made a change where recipe components will now sort alphabetically when the slide out menu is closed or when the event is saved!
  • We added a new banner that will be displayed in the Payments Schedule section if an error is detected and how to correct it. Here's an example banner:

Hi there!

We've been working hard at adding new features! I'm excited to share with you today the following update! 🎉🎉🎉

  • Updated Dates & Locations (Timelines) UI! This section has been updated to be more uniform with the rest of the event creation process. Here's a short video of the new layout!
  • Portal Messages enhancement! By request, we've added the ability for your clients to reply to a portal message by email! Replies will be seen within the portal messages screen on the Workroom page and the Messages screen within the Client view.
  • We added a fixed cost line for Products.

  • By request we added an email button to the Inquiry page! This will allow you to send an email directly back to the potential client before/during/after converting the inquiry to an event!
  • We've added a per person pricing setting to the orders section. We'll have more on this soon as we'll be adding additional features for this.

Hi there!

We've been working hard at adding new features! I'm excited to share with you today the following update! 🎉🎉🎉

  • We now have a new template for Event Details! This will allow you to setup various themes for event description and production notes and even set a default!
  • We've updated all of our reports that display event name to also have clickable event id links that will take you to the event!
  • Markups by Category. We now have the ability to provide markups at the Product - Category level! By using this feature, you'll be able to set markup prices that can be different from one category to another. This can be done in the form of a percentage or multiplier markup (IE: Food 2x vs Floral 10%).

Hi there!

We've been working hard at adding new features! I'm excited to share with you today the following update! 🎉🎉🎉

  • Recipe Copy & Paste - You can now copy and paste a recipe from one product to another!
  • Nowsta Integration - Curate now has an integration with Nowsta!
  • By request, we've added a link to a Catalog product page for any line items that using products from your product catalog. This can be located when you click into the line item's slide out box and scroll down Item Details tab as seen below.
  • We've enhanced the creation flow for the calendar page. Now when you create an event from the calendar page it will launch you into the event to continue work!
  • We've also enhanced the bulk upload feature to also allow for tags to be uploaded!
