[App] Three New Hall Pass Enhancements for Better Management

Overview We've added three helpful enhancements to Hall Pass based on your feedback! These improvements give you better control over student exclusions, prevent pass abuse, and make it easier to issue passes for group activities.

Smarter student exclusions Student exclusion groups now work more effectively - when students in an exclusion group are out on hall passes, the exclusion stays active until they actually check back in, not just when their pass time expires. This prevents conflicts even when students overstay their allotted time.

Minimum wait period You can now set minimum wait times before issuing new hall passes to the same student. This helps prevent students from requesting passes too frequently and gives you better control over classroom disruptions.

Target list convenience Need to issue hall passes to an entire group? You can now select target lists when issuing passes, making it much easier to handle situations like sending a whole club to an assembly or letting all seniors go to a college fair.

These enhancements make Hall Pass management more flexible and effective for common school scenarios.
