[CMS] Better Navigation with News Story Breadcrumbs

Overview Individual news stories now show breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page, making it easy for visitors to navigate back to the news category they came from!

Clearer navigation paths When someone clicks to read a full news story, they'll now see a breadcrumb showing the news category and story title (like "Athletics >> Football Team Wins Championship"). This helps visitors understand where they are on your site and easily navigate back to browse more news in that category.

Smart about multiple categories If you post a story under multiple news categories (like both "Athletics" and "News & Announcements"), the breadcrumb will show the category the visitor actually clicked from, giving them a clear path back to where they were browsing.
