Overview Teachers and staff can now set and change their Hall Pass security PIN directly from the mobile app! No need to log into the Dashboard - manage your PIN right from your phone.

Complete mobile management Many schools prefer teachers to handle everything from their mobile devices without switching to computers. Now you can set up and update your Hall Pass security PIN entirely from the app, making it easier to get started with Hall Pass or update your PIN when needed.

Easy access in your profile Just open your profile in the app and you'll see the Security PIN field where you can set or change your PIN. This is available for all teachers, staff, and administrators who use Hall Pass.

Perfect for mobile-first schools This enhancement is especially helpful for:

• New teacher onboarding when setting up Hall Pass for the first time
• PIN updates without needing computer access
• Quick changes when you need to reset your security settings
• Schools with mobile-focused workflows where teachers primarily use phones and tablets

Note about synced PINs If your school syncs security PINs from your student information system, you'll see your PIN displayed but won't be able to edit it (since it's managed through your SIS).
