[App] Add or Remove Participants from Site Conversations

Overview School administrators can now manage conversation participants directly from the Site Conversations viewer, making it easier to resolve issues and maintain proper access to conversations.

Helpful for common situations Sometimes you need to add someone to an ongoing conversation or remove a participant who shouldn't have access. Previously this required workarounds, but now you can manage participants directly.

How to use it When viewing a conversation in Site Conversations, look for the Participants section. You'll now see options to add new participants or remove existing ones from the conversation.

Great for resolving issues This is especially useful when you need to restore a user to conversations after account changes, add a staff member to an existing parent-teacher conversation, or remove someone who was added by mistake.
