[App] Better Auto Notice Troubleshooting with Detailed Reports and Error Messages

Overview Setting up and troubleshooting Auto Notices just got much easier! You now get detailed error messages when something goes wrong and can access the exact files used for each auto notice send.

Clear error messages when issues arise Previously, when an Auto Notice failed to send, it was difficult to understand why. Now you'll see specific error messages that tell you exactly what went wrong, such as:

  • Missing files: Clear notification if the expected file wasn't found in the configured location
  • File format issues: Specific details about column mismatches or formatting problems
  • Data problems: Information about which rows have issues and what needs to be fixed

Access your Auto Notice reports Each Auto Notice now has a "Reports" option in its action menu (three dots). Click it to see:

  • Send status: Whether the notice was sent successfully or failed
  • Error details: Specific information about what went wrong
  • Original files: Download the exact CSV and configuration files that were used

  • Setting up new Auto Notices and testing your configuration
  • Diagnosing delivery failures to understand what needs adjustment

See exactly what went wrong Failed auto notices now show clear, specific error messages in the Reports page. For example, if your CSV file has the wrong number of columns, you'll see exactly what columns were found and what was expected.

This gives you the information you need to fix Auto Notice issues quickly without having to contact support for basic troubleshooting, while still providing complete documentation of what was sent for your records.
