[App] Save Time with Bulk Account Editing

Overview You can now edit multiple user accounts at once! Instead of updating accounts one by one, select a group of people and update their account information in bulk using the same easy interface you use for creating accounts.

Perfect for common account management tasks Whether you need to update usernames for a whole grade level, change email formats for staff members, or adjust account settings for an entire department, you can now handle it all in one efficient action.

Simple unified process From your Manage People page:

1. Filter and select the people whose accounts you want to update
2. Choose "Create / Edit Accounts" from the bulk actions menu
3. Review and update account information for the selected group
4. Save changes to update all accounts at once

Works with mixed selections You can select people who already have accounts and people who don't in the same batch. The system automatically:

• Pre-fills existing account information for people with accounts so you can update what needs changing
• Creates new accounts for people without accounts using the information you provide

Smart and safe For existing accounts, all current information appears pre-filled so you can see what's already there before making changes. You can update just the fields that need changing while leaving others as-is.
